“Warnings— And God’s LOVE–“

Wise owl  &&&

“And he said- “Take heed that you be not misled;
for many will come in my name,
saying- “I am He, ….. Do not go after them.”
Luke  21 : 8

The greatest evidence that God is LOVE –
is that he warns us-
to let nothing deceive  us…
So that we loose eternal life.

Matthew 24; Mark 13 and Luke 21
-Outlines the Last day Events.

God in His love- shares with us warnings
in order to avoid the pitfalls
of deception.

Love for the One   – who is the
truth,  the way  and the life-
is the key to not being deceived.

As the last great crisis breaks upon the world,
those who love Christ
and eagerly await His coming-
will find refuge and safety
in holding on to Scripture- alone.

“Every man that hath this hope
in Him purifieth
even as He is pure,” 1 John 3:3

“Cyclone Marcia- Queensland” – Prayer..

God of Hope                                            ****

And without FAITH, it is impossible to please him-
for he who comes to God must believe that He is,
and that he is a rewarder of
those who seek Him.”  Hebrews 11 : 6

February 20th 2015 – Today the coastline of
Central Queensland- Australia-
are experiencing the
after math of the effects
of another Cyclone -{ category  5.}
Winds  at 250 Kil/hr and heavy rain overnight.
People held in Protection places –
and now they go to their homes
to see the dreadful effects;

We need to think of these communities
/ homes / and families as they are
impacted by this disaster..
They need our prayers.

So far no fatalities or injuries has been reported-
Thank God!

Our God is a personal God –
For us knowing God- involves trust
and faith  in Him..

Prayer is not a one sided conversation with God.
It requires interaction and involves trust..
It is comforting to know that He
is there and that He cares

By PRAYER – we can share anything Our fears.
our hopes., or our joys.
The Lord wants us  to talk to Him as a friend-

Tell Him your dreams; your loneliness;
your successes and your failures.
The Lord is interested in what we have to say..
To truly communicate with God
we have to give Him all our attention.
Prayer requires for us -our entire being.

Thanking God for his Love
and all that he does for us daily.

“GREATEST LOVE..” {Valentine!}

VAL                                                                           ****

“For God so loved the world,
that he gave His only begotten Son,
that whosoever believeth in Him- should not perish,
but have eternal life.”
John 3 : 16

Would I do it even – for someone I love dearly?

In a way ‘Organ Transplants’ reflect the example
of Jesus in His victory on the cross.
From a human viewpoint the most dramatic way
that we can give of ourselves to others –
is to share our body organs and our blood with those who need it.

Jesus choose not only to donate part of His body
to save us, but ALL of it. –
His very life – to give us new spiritual heart transplants.
He did not just risk his life
-to give us new spiritual heart transplants;
 He made a total sacrifice of it for us.

He donated Himself- for everyone.
How can we ever thank Him enough for His amazing gift?
Let nothing hinder us from showing
our gratitude to our divine Donor!

Gods AMAZING Grace!

What can I say about God’s – Amazing GRACE.
It is available and it is free for the taking.

For it is by GRACE you have been saved, -through Faith-
not by yourselves, it is the GIFT of God…….”.
Ephesians 2: V 8-9.

John Newton, slave trader, preacher, poet,
one of the greatest trophies of grace ever won.
His life truly manifested that “God moves in a mysterious way,
His wonders to perform.”

From disgrace to “Amazing Grace”;
when he wrote this Hymn_

Amazing grace!- how sweet the sound
That sav’d a wretch like me!
I once was lost, but now am found,
Was blind, but now I see.

’Twas grace that taught my heart to fear,
And grace my fears reliev’d;
How precious did that grace appear,
The hour I first believ’d!

Thro’ many dangers, toils and snares,
I have already come;
’Tis grace has brought me safe thus far,
And grace will lead me home.

The Lord has promis’d good to me,
His word my hope secures;
He will my shield and portion be,
As long as life endures.

Yes, when this flesh and heart shall fail,
And mortal life shall cease;
I shall possess, within the veil,
A life of joy and peace.

The earth shall soon dissolve like snow,
The sun forbear to shine;
But God, who call’d me here below,
Will be forever mine.

Amazing Grace  – it is more likely to be based on
Ephesians 2:4-9,
Paul’s great treatise on Grace, which says:

But because of His great love for us,
God, who is rich in mercy,
made us alive with Christ even
when we were dead in transgressions –
it is by grace you have been saved.,
And God raised us up with Christ and
seated us with Him in the heavenly
realms in Christ Jesus,
in order that in the coming ages
He might show the incomparable riches
of His grace, expressed in His kindness
to us in Christ Jesus.
For it is by grace you have been saved,
through faith
– and this not from yourselves,

it is the gift of God –
not by works, so that no one can boast.
