Personal Testimony!.

Living wterwell

“God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in Spirit and truth”. John 4:24

Jesus’ encounter with the “woman of  Samaria at the well”
is a well known ‘Testimony’ in
John  4: 1-42.
It is worth reading this story.
Jesus promised her- ‘living water’ – never to thirst again -and a new life.
She shared with others what she had experienced that day.
“Come, see a Man who told me all things that I ever did.
Could this be the Christ?”
Then they went out of the City and came to Him.

As Christian’s – we should know how to introduce some one to Christ
and to be able to ‘share our…

“Whosoever drinketh of the “WATER”
that I shall give him shall never thirst:
but the “WATER” that I shall give him
shall be in him a well of water –
springing up into everlasting life.”
John  4 : 14

In His talk with the Samaritan woman…
Instead of disparaging Jacob’s well,
Christ presented something better…
He turned the conversation to the treasure he had to  bestow,
– offering the woman something better than what  she possessed-
even “living water,”- the joy and hope of the Gospel.

How much interest Christ showed to this woman!
When the woman heard His words- she left her water pot
and went into the city- Saying to those she met –
Come, see a man, which told me all things that ever I did:
Is this not the Christ?”

We read that many of the Samaritans
of that city believed on Him.

Jesus came in personal contact with men.
He did not stand apart from those who needed His help.
He entered the homes of men and women –
he comforted the mourners, healed the sick,
aroused the careless and went about doing good.
As we follow in the footsteps of Jesus —
We must try to do the same.

The Lord desires that we should spread
His word of grace- to others.
His work was personal- Through one soul-
the message was often extend to thousands,….

Many are still waiting to be reached by the Gospel –
He calls us to carry it to them.

“Reflecting CHRIST’S Love…”

faith comes from hearing                                                                                 ****

Then said Jesus to them again,
“Peace be unto you, as My Father has sent me –
even so SEND I You.”  John 20: 21

“We should seek to know and appreciate the TRUTH-
so that we may present it to others-
as it is in Jesus.
We should seek most earnestly to know God’s way.
Our constant prayer would be
that we might have the mind of Christ.
It is by looking and beholding –
Having our eyes fixed upon Him-
that we become changed into His likeness.

He will give GRACE to all who keep His way,
and do His will and walk in Truth.

All heaven is filled with amazement.
that when His LOVE –
so broad, so deep, so rich and full-
Is presented to men who know the
love of our Lord Jesus Christ-
will change their lives too.

These ‘Gems of Truth” –
are to be gathered up by God’s people –
and to be given by them to the world.
They are to reflect this LOVE in their character-
to the world.

“Each should look upon  this as his/her work.
Christ’s fullness is to presented to the world
by those who have become partakers of His Grace.
They are to do that for Christ –
who did it for His Father… Reflect  His Character.”
